This class introduces beginners to the basics of sewing: Using the sewing machine, essential tools, taking measurements, choosing a pattern, sewing terminology, cutting and construction methods.   This is designed for people with little or no experience.  Students will make simple and fun boxer shorts, drawstring pants or sweatpants.
